Chef Mike Reidy is a San Diego native and avid fisherman with 20 years of professional culinary experience. His local roots and deep ties to the fishing community have given him a strong appreciation for the abundant ingredients supplied by our ocean, which play a crucial role in his culinary creations. His time at Los Angeles based Melisse, working alongside Chef Josiah Citrin, allowed him to refine his technique and further ignited a passion for fresh farm-sourced ingredients. His mission is to take pristine ingredients from our ocean and local farms and let their natural flavors shine.
